Tier1 PureSource2 Refrigerator Water Filter Replacement

The Tier1 RWF1031 water filter is compatible with both the WF2CB PureSource2 and the EWF01 refrigerator water filters. The easy-to-use filter comes with two detachable bottom plates to fit your specific refrigerator model. The plates easily slide on and off the bottom of the filter before installation.

This filter reduces chlorine taste, odor, sediment, turbidity, and more. For up to six months after installation, the RWF1031 keeps your water and ice tasting fresh and clean.

The filter is designed to fit refrigerators with a slide-out filter cartridge located in the front of the refrigerator compartment. It comes with two face plates - a rectangle plate for the EWF01 Pure Advantage filter, and a curved plate for the WF2CB PureSource2 filter.

The filter measures 6 3/4 inches in height, 5 1/8 inches in width, and 2 inches in depth. It uses an activated carbon block filter media and has a life of 6 months or 200 gallons. The filter has a 0.5 nominal micron rating and a flow rate of 0.5 gallons per minute.

The microporous coconut carbon media is highly effective at reducing chlorine taste and odor, rust and corrosion, sand, sediment, silt, and turbidity, providing great tasting water.

Installation is easy - simply press the button to release the old filter, pull it out, and firmly push the new filter in until it clicks into place. No tools are required. Be sure to run water through the dispenser for 3 minutes to condition the filter system before use.

The RWF1031 is compatible with a wide range of Tier1 and other major refrigerator models, including FLSC, FRS, and FRS23KF series. It can replace a variety of water filter part numbers, including WF2CB, PureSource2, EWF01, and more.

The filter has been tested and certified to NSF/ANSI Standards 42 and 372, ensuring it meets safety and performance requirements. Tier1 recommends changing the filter every 6 months or 300 gallons for best results.
